A: Kirk, but not by much, and only because he represents the “American dream” (nobody scrub from Iowa grows up to be the ultimate astronaut). Gotta to root for my fellow countryman. Rest assured, I’d have no problem handing my fate over to Picard. That guy ran a smooth ship with a teenager and a Klingon on the bridge. Respect.
